I was inspired by one of my junkyard photographs of a Pontiac Indian car from the 1950's. Even in it's deteriorated condition, this behemoth had a royal presence. The painting is comprised of two curved panels with stretched canvas that are extended from the wall 8 inches at the center. The center piece is made of painted and rusted steel, hammered and formed over a wood frame to complement the image.
